- Minimum Billing Cycles: Subscriptions require a minimum of three billing cycles to qualify for any subscription-related benefits, including entry multipliers for car giveaways.
- Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the current subscription rate.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to validate any subscription-related giveaway entries, you must fulfill the minimum three billing cycles.
4. Giveaway Entries and Qualifications
- Entry Eligibility: Every purchase, including subscription renewals, can earn entries into our car giveaway program. Entries are calculated based on purchase amount, with subscriptions offering an earned entry multiplier after three billing cycles.
- Subscription Multiplier: Subscribers who maintain their subscription for three consecutive billing cycles will have their entries multiplied based on the current promotion details. Should a subscription be canceled before the minimum term, entries will be recalculated without the multiplier benefit.
- Winner Notification: Winners of car giveaways will be contacted through the contact information provided in their account profile. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that their contact details are accurate and up to date.
5. Shipping and Returns
- Shipping Policy: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method.
- Return Policy: We accept returns for unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Subscription items are non-refundable once shipped.
- Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item for assistance.
