1. Return Policy
- Eligibility: We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, such as coffee, are non-returnable once opened due to quality control. Subscription items are also non-refundable once shipped.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Be prepared to provide photos and your order details to assist us with a swift resolution.
2. Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Exchanges: If you received an incorrect item or need to exchange an eligible product for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Exchange Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we’ll notify you of any delays or changes.
3. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team at support@motorvated.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Step 2: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Step 3: Ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
4. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the returned item shows signs of wear or use.
- Non-Refundable Items: As a reminder, subscription products, opened coffee, and perishable items are non-refundable.
5. Additional Information
- Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time after your 3rd shipment, but please note that charges already processed are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your returned item. Motorvated is not responsible for lost return shipments.
