However, if you encounter an issue with your order, we are here to help! Please review our policies below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue, defect, or error with your order. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to assist with a resolution, including a replacement or store credit when applicable.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and freshness, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Coffee products (once opened)
- Subscription items (after they have shipped)
- Customized or made-to-order apparel
3. Subscription Cancellations & Skipping Deliveries
We understand that flexibility is important, and we make it easy to manage your Motorvated subscription:
Skipping Deliveries
- You can skip a delivery at any time through your account settings.
- However, only orders placed within an active giveaway period will count toward that giveaway.
Canceling Your Subscription
- Subscriptions can be canceled after your 3rd shipment.
- Cancellations must be completed before the next charge date. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Additional Information
- Return Shipping Responsibility: If a return is approved due to an error or defect, we will provide a prepaid return label. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any authorized returns. Motorvated is not responsible for lost return shipments.
