Returns and Exchanges
We want you to feel confident ordering from Motorvated. Please review the following return, refund, and subscription policies before purchasing.
1. Apparel Returns
Eligible apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, apparel must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free from odors, stains, pet hair, and other signs of use
- Returned with any original tags and packaging
To request a return, email support@motorvated.coffee with your order number and the item you would like to return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
2. Coffee and Other Non-Returnable Items
Because coffee is a consumable product roasted for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The following items are final sale:
- Coffee and other consumable products
- Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked final sale
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@motorvated.coffee.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund to the original payment method, or another appropriate resolution. If a return is required because of our error or a verified defect, we will provide a prepaid return label.
4. Refunds
We will notify you after an authorized return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Payment providers and financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
5. Coffee Subscriptions
Motorvated coffee subscriptions renew automatically according to the delivery schedule selected during checkout.
You may manage your subscription through your customer account, including:
- Skipping an upcoming delivery
- Changing your delivery schedule
- Updating eligible subscription selections
- Canceling future renewals
Changes and cancellations must be completed before the next scheduled charge. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged or processed.
Because subscription coffee is roasted for each order, processed orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded. If you notice a problem immediately after a charge, contact us as soon as possible and we will determine whether fulfillment can still be stopped.
6. Shipping Delays and Unavailable Items
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout, or within the period otherwise required by applicable law, we will notify you and provide available options. These may include agreeing to a revised shipment date or canceling the affected order for a refund.
If an item cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
7. Motorvated Fuel Points
Fuel Points earned on an order may be removed or adjusted if that order is canceled, refunded, returned, or determined to be ineligible under the Fuel Points program terms.
